v0.0.12 small bug fix in prep for multiplayer

Come one come all to the update post!

This one is mainly a refactoring to get ready for multiplayer! Currently only singleplayer is enabled, but the multiplayer button is present.

The main change/reason for this release is a bug fix where the AI would get stuck if it ran out of moves and couldn't choose which cards to discard.
